Thank you for following up and requesting feedback on my order #4655.
The 10 lbs. of Salmon Fillets expected 3/15/24 actually arrived 3/14/24 at the correct address. The shipping box was inside a large plastic bag as it had been raining and in very good condition. Fish was still frozen and there remained several 2''-3'' diameter chunks of dry ice in each of the two bags.
Very pleased you folks are back up and running.

I am a first time customer and ordered 25 lbs of Sockeye Salmon. I'll begin by saying that the quality of the fish is superb. It is beautiful fillets of deep reddish orange that are perfectly vacuum sealed. They arrived to home in NC on exactly the date and time period promised, and totally frozen.
I use this fish to make cured lox. I use kosher salt, white sugar, freshly ground peppercorns, and fresh organic dill. After 12 hours the curing mixture is cleaned from the fillets and the lox are ready to be thinly sliced and eaten. They are best served on toast or bagel, with cream cheese, sliced onion, and brined capers.
I am totally satisfied with the quality and service from Popsie's. I am a customer for life!

My dad gifted me a box of salmon for Christmas, and it was one of my favorite gifts this year. The fish is delicious, easy to thaw, and tastes great cooked in the oven or on the smoker. It has a rich, whole flavor and needs very little seasoning. 12/10 would recommend to everyone!

Love, love, love this salmon. I used to buy it locally from my natural grocer. I recently moved and there are no local stockists. I was so happy to find out I could buy it direct.
