I was very pleased to receive the 10 lb. box of salmon from Popsie Fish Company! I was a member of another wild caught fishery but Popsie allows me to buy when I want and how much per order. I would recommend this fish company to anyone wanting to try fresh Alaskan salmon and buying the amount you want. I will be buying my Salomon from Popsie Fish Company again. My dad gifted me a box of salmon for Christmas, and it was one of my favorite gifts this year. The fish is delicious, easy to thaw, and tastes great cooked in the oven or on the smoker. It has a rich, whole flavor and needs very little seasoning. 12/10 would recommend to everyone!

Love, love, love this salmon. I used to buy it locally from my natural grocer. I recently moved and there are no local stockists. I was so happy to find out I could buy it direct. I love supporting a family business and the salmon is delicious and cooks beautifully. Highly recommend. I buy the box of whole fillets and they store well in the freezer and defrost and cook up really nicely.
