We ship our Wild Alaskan Seafood via UPS. Orders ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week.

You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date the day your seafood is shipped.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

All online orders will receive an order confirmation email. Your shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed on the day items are shipped when a shipping label is created. Occasionally, there are weather delays or delays during peak holiday periods that are beyond our control.  In the event of any delay we will notify you as soon as possible with a status update. Please take the time to track your package and anticipate your delivery date and time so you can retrieve your order in a timely manner, so it remains frozen. We are not liable for orders that are not retrieved in a timely manner.  We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO, or PO Boxes.

Handling Frozen Goods

Perishable products should be kept frozen upon arrival or refrigerated if planning to consume immediately. Slight thawing of raw frozen product may be safely refrozen with no perceptible loss of quality or nutritional value. Our frozen seafood has a freezer life of 24 months upon ordering.  It is not recommended to refreeze fully thawed raw product.

Unopened, vacuum-sealed raw seafood packages should be thawed overnight in the refrigerator and opened once fully thawed.

DO NOT KEEP SEALED VACUUM PACKED RAW SEAFOOD IN YOUR REFRIGERATOR FOR MORE THAN 2 DAYS.
