Shipping

Ground shipping is $9.99 per order to the contiguous 48 states. Faster UPS options, and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, are priced at checkout. Orders ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, packed with dry ice. Order by 10 AM Eastern (7 AM Pacific) on Tuesday to ship that week; orders placed after that ship the following Tuesday, except some orders to nearby addresses, which can go out Wednesday. Holidays or stock holds can shift ship dates.

You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date the day your seafood is shipped.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

All online orders will receive an order confirmation email. Your shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed on the day items are shipped when a shipping label is created. Occasionally, there are weather delays or delays during peak holiday periods that are beyond our control.  In the event of any delay we will notify you as soon as possible with a status update. Please take the time to track your package and anticipate your delivery date and time so you can retrieve your order in a timely manner, so it remains frozen. We are not liable for orders that are not retrieved in a timely manner.  We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO, or PO Boxes.

Handling Frozen Goods

Some dry ice may remain when your box arrives. Don't touch it with bare hands; let it evaporate in a well-ventilated area, away from children and pets.

Perishable products should be kept frozen upon arrival or refrigerated if planning to consume immediately. Slight thawing of raw frozen product may be safely refrozen with no perceptible loss of quality or nutritional value. Kept vacuum-sealed at 0°F or below, our frozen seafood keeps its best quality for 6-12 months.  It is not recommended to refreeze fully thawed raw product.

Before thawing raw seafood overnight in the refrigerator, open or remove the vacuum packaging and place the fish in a shallow covered container.

DO NOT KEEP SEALED VACUUM PACKED RAW SEAFOOD IN YOUR REFRIGERATOR FOR MORE THAN 2 DAYS.
