If you're not pleased with your purchase for any reason, please contact
Customer Service at (888) 603 4750, support@popsiefishco.com, and
we will work with you to resolve your issue to your complete satisfaction.
We may require photographic documentation of any product with which you are dissatisfied.
We cannot accept returns. Because our product requires dry ice to ship frozen, we cannot accept returns; you will need to dispose of the product yourself. Our extensive package protection covers almost all issues that could occur during shipment.

When you reach out, you're reaching a small family in Bristol Bay, Alaska, not a call center. We've been doing this since 1987.
Most folks write to ask one of three things:
- Is my fish on its way? Yes. We ship Mondays and Tuesdays so your box never sits in a warehouse over a weekend. If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, drop us your order number and we'll look.
- Something arrived wrong. Tell us what happened and send a photo if you can. We'll replace it or refund it. We've been at this for 37 years and we don't argue with customers.
- You want to ask about the fishing. Please do. We like talking about it.
