Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked Popsie sockeye salmon, flaked
  • - 1/4 cup mayo
  • - 2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • - 1 tablespoon mustard
  • - 1 teaspoon Tabasco (adjust to taste)
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 1 teaspoon Goya Adobo seasoning (or to taste)

 

Directions

1. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix the Salmon, mayo, sweet relish, mustard, Tabasco, Goya Adobo, salt, and pepper until well blended.
2. Taste and Adjust: Adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more Tabasco for heat or Goya Adobo for flavor.
3. Serve: Enjoy on a bed of lettuce, in a sandwich, with crackers, or on a bagel with cream cheese.
