I ordered Sablefish which tastes like sea bass and I love it. My order came quickly and was frozen in dry ice. I placed it right in the freezer from the box and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Absolutely delicious. I used the Nobu black cod recipe which is always good, but the quality of the sablefish was excellent. Buttery and flaky and very high quality. Can't wait to make it again and everyone in the family loved it.

I received my 5 lb box of Sablefish yesterday (my 3rd such shipment) and, as always, arrived frozen solid because of the the generous amount of dry ice and terrific insulted packaging. Not to over state the logistics, the fish is always the story. I prepare Popsie's sablefish a few different ways, my favorite is a version of Nobu's Miso Black Cod recipe and it is awesome.
