Easy Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast

Ingredients
- 2 oz Popsie’s Smoked Sockeye Salmon
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 egg (optional)
- sriracha (optional)
- sesame seeds for garnish
Spice Mixture:
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- dried basil
- paprika
- red pepper flakes
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Toast your bread.
- Slice or mash your 1/2 avocado.
- Flake your smoked salmon into small pieces.
- (optional) Fry, scramble or poach your egg.
- Assemble. Lay your avocado in an even layer on your toast. Sprinkle your seasonings onto the avocado. Add your smoked salmon, and your egg. Top with sriracha and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
