Wild Alaskan Sablefish, also called Black Cod or Butterfish, is prized for its rich melt-in-your-mouth flavor and succulent, velvety texture. Wild Alaskan Sablefish has a high oil content and is fantastic when smoked, sautéed, poached or roasted. This fish is a true delicacy.
