We love Popsie Halibut. Many people are afraid of Halibut, because most people over cook. Easy way to make sure you never over cook Halibut. Warm oven to 500 degrees. Turn it off, and place your Halibut in for 5-7 minutes. It will be the most perfectly cooked Halibut you've ever tasted!

Box came yesterday and halibut was still frozen. haven't had the chance to eat any yet but excited to try them. I do wish there was an option to buy an entire side plank of halibut (instead of cut fillets). I usually like to make a large side of fish at one time. But looking forward to trying these!
