Halibut Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 ounce portions) Popsie’s Alaska Halibut
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 medium avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup small diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp minced jalapeños
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Directions

  1. Cut Halibut into small cubes and set in a flat bottomed container. Add lime juice and refrigerate 1-4 hours until fish is firm and opaque.

  2. Drain liquid and add the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips and lime wedges.
