Ingredients
- 2 (6 ounce portions) Popsie’s Alaska Halibut
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 medium avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup small diced red onion
- 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp minced jalapeños
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- Tortilla chips for serving
Directions

Cut Halibut into small cubes and set in a flat bottomed container. Add lime juice and refrigerate 1-4 hours until fish is firm and opaque.

Drain liquid and add the rest of the ingredients.

Serve immediately with tortilla chips and lime wedges.
