After the fish arrived it was great. Very tasty, firm and a very nice flavor. The only problem I have was on the shipment because it was a day or so late I believe, and wanted arrived it was pretty much a part out but still very cool. So I am mediately stuck it in the freezer until used. I realize that shipments nowadays aren’t have seen their better day but if anything can be done to ensure arrive a little more frozen would help. But let me reiterate. The fish is great the portion size is excellent so I have no problems. Thank you for your care of the patient who has obvious that you’re processing is done well. I will continue my ordering through your company. Thank you.
