We ship our Wild Alaskan Seafood via FedEx Express or Ground services. Our products are packed in biodegradable insulation and dry ice to ensure your order arrives frozen. Please recycle our packaging to join our commitment to sustainability.

Orders ship on Tuesdays each week, and are guaranteed to deliver within 2 days of the ship date. All orders placed Saturdays by 11 pm EST will ship the following shipment day. See chart for example. The color highlighting a Tuesday's signifies the ship date of the corresponding order date color.

Free 2-Day Shipping

We ship our Wild Alaskan Seafood via FedEx services. Orders ship on Mondays and Wednesdays each week. All orders placed the day before at 11pm EST will ship the following shipment day. You'll receive an email with tracking information and estimated delivery date.

Any dry product ordered on our website, such as gourmet condiments or featured books, will be shipped separately from our frozen Alaskan seafood. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email once these items have shipped.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

All online orders will receive an order confirmation email. Your shipping and tracking number confirmation will be emailed on the day items are shipped when a shipping label is created. The Popsie Fish Company will track each order to ensure proper delivery. Occasionally, there are weather delays or delays during peak holiday periods that are beyond our control. In the event of any delay, we will notify you as soon as possible with a status update. We ship for your product to arrive frozen. Please take the time to track your package and anticipate your delivery date and time so you can retrieve your order in a timely manner so it remains frozen. We are not liable for orders that are not retrieved in a timely manner. We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes or Rural Routes.

Handling Frozen Goods

Perishable products should be kept frozen upon arrival or refrigerated if planning to consume immediately. Slightly thawed raw frozen product may be safely refrozen with no perceptible loss of quality or nutritional value. Our frozen seafood has a freezer life of 24 months upon ordering. It is not recommended to refreeze fully thawed raw products.

Unopened, vacuum-sealed raw seafood packages should be thawed overnight in the refrigerator and then cut open once fully thawed.

DO NOT KEEP SEALED VACUUM PACKED RAW SEAFOOD IN YOUR REFRIGERATOR FOR MORE THAN 2 DAYS.

We’ve chosen an insulation product that is 100% curbside recyclable PET. Our quality packaging, insulation, and dry ice will keep your fish frozen during transit so it arrives at your home as fresh as the day it was caught.
