Simple and Easy Garlic Salmon Burgers.
1 pound of Popsie's Ground Wild Caught Alaska Sockeye Salmon
2 cloves of garlic (or more) minced
2 eggs
1/2 cup of Panko or Bread Crumbs
Mix, shape, freeze
I made four 1/3 pounders
Add oil to frying pan
Cook 3.5 mins on each side
I will be making these for Carnivore diet using pork rings instead of bread crumbs.
These are great, and have them 3-4 times a week.

I’ve been looking for good minced salmon to make salmon burgers, and came across Popsie. Boy did they deliver, and I mean Deliver. The salmon was packed frozen in a hard cardboard box, complete with dry ice to ensure quality. From a Saturday order to a delivery on Tuesday, that was incredibly fast and FREE! While I haven’t tried the salmon yet, if the quality of the food is anything like the quality of packaging and delivery, it has to be great. Stay tuned.
